go to Configuration->Defaults and enable "provide selection of "broken backups" in the Restore Wizzard...this should work.

Hi,
this means that the connection to this client cold not be established properly. You have to check if the DNS works correct. First check if the lookup works with: nslookup "clientname" and nslookup "clientIP" second check also the reverse lookup.
