I have several remote locations with small bandwidth. I do the backup with the type 'incremental'. Some of the backups show the date of the last full backup. Because the first INC should always be a full backup, this is correct. But some of the backups don't show the last backup. When I want to restore something, it says that there has been no full backup. How can I force the job to redo a full backup to correct this problem?
B.T.W.: all backup clients are in one group and I don't want to force a full backup job on all clients.

Re: full backup missing in incremental
Hello,
perhaps you erased the medium, which contained some full-backups. Select one of the affected clients in Job State > Backups choose the oldest date, which is possible. One of the colums is called Type. Here you should see the letter F.
If you don't see a backup with the letter F, you have to start a backup manually.
Otherwise send a mail to support@sep.de.
If you don't have a contract with SEP, perhaps you don't get help.
