Hi,

Since a couple of days, we can no more backup our Netware 6.5 server. We had a problem on this VM with the NIC. Since the configuration of a new NIC we can not backup the server anymore.
The error message is "Login denied. Please check SMS user and password". Nothing as change on sep server side, on the netware server only the NIC.

What i have to check on my Netware server to allow the connection?

Hi François,

at first, try a test backup with tsatest.nlm on the Netware server. Use the same user you use with sesam. Restart SMDR on the Netware server.
Also check the eDirectory certificates of the server, if they are valid.
