Java GUI Error on startup

Post by rfellows » August 4th, 2014, 4:42 pm

I am unable to start the GUI. After an initial installation, the product works fine. After a reboot of the server, the GUI no longer works correctly. Reinstalling seems to work fine, until of course the system is rebooted.

I have checked Java errors and permissions, to no avail. I have the very latest version of SESAM and the very latest version of Java.

I have SESAM version 4.4.1.14 and Java version 7 update 65. This is running on a 64 bit version of Windows Server 2008 R2.

Hello,

in the meantime the version 4.4.1-23 is released. Have you already updated to this version ?

Has you installed as an administrator and with deactivated Anti-Virus software ?
