Need new license file

I have sent a request in for a new license file to support@sep.de last week.
I recently moved my Sesam server from a SLES 10.1 VM to a Windows 2003 Server.
I reqested the file last week 9/22 and have NOT heard back from support!

Hy,

I'm a support employee of SEP Germany and I had a look at our mail system. My colleagues from sales received the mail and forwarded it to the responsible persons. You don't have an update license and that's why we do not send a new license.
